When the contact form is used, the entered name, email address, optional phone number, message, selected language, source page, and technical page URL are transmitted so the request can be answered and routed correctly.

The processing serves to respond to the inquiry and, where applicable, to take steps before entering into a contract. Data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the inquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. In doing so, technical request data such as IP address, time, requested file, and browser information can be processed for secure and reliable operation. The contact endpoint also uses Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver the form message.

The requested language is stored locally in the browser. No analytics or advertising trackers are included in this version of the site.

Depending on the legal requirements, data subjects may have rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority. This draft must be completed with the controller’s postal address and reviewed against the final hosting, email, and business configuration before publication.
